Recommendation on cooperation in HBO (Higher Vocational Education) (11/26/2009)

In preparation of the implementation of HBO, the previous Minister of Education and Training, Frank Vandenbroucke asked the Flemish Education Council to launch a pilot project about cooperation between different education and training providers (HBO-SAM project). Based on the final report of HBO-SAM, the Flemish Education Council formulated a recommendation on cooperation in HBO.

The government should streamline information and communication; regional cooperation and networking should be facilitated.
